double the C double the S

I have been trying to make a decent loaf of Sourdough bread for the last 2 years out here and I finally got one! It's like watching your first born go to college. The previous loaves have been dense and crappy, not very sour and not nearly good enough to impress anyone. I think i figured it out this time... Who knew baking was so hard? props to all the Grandmas.

Stephen's remaining days at The Freewheel are winding down and we all went out to the Academy of Sciences for the club night at the museum. Pretty freaking fun to roll around in a museum listening to mashups and drinking ballpark priced beverages. But no bar has a jellyfish tank or penguins or real scientists doing science fair presentations... Killer.



And! I'll be in CO on christmas day until the 30th... lets hang out.
