Planes, Trains and Djmagicmetz...

Been a while since I've been around here. About time for a post...

I've seen just about everyone in the Dead Deer Nation since my last post. Slex came to SF, and I took a killer trip to Colorado. Now that I am posting again, I wish I had taken more pictures...

The trip to Colorado was super last-minute. I got time off from work on Friday night and I was on a plane to Denver on Saturday night at midnight. Spent the first day with my Dad and sister in D-town. Went out to dinner and walked around a bit. Denver really turns into a ghost town on Sunday evenings, and the Nug's game was sold out so we called it a night. Woke up the next day for three days at the Rankin Ranch. Showtime was up there and was flexing his culinary muscles for sure. Got to see Peewee, D-rail, Ashley, Katie and her brother. Real nice to see some friends from way back.

I took off Wednesday and drove back to Denver for dinner with my aunt and uncle. My sister is trying to turn vegan so we ended up at some asian fusion restaurant in DTC which was actually pretty good.

Then the two night extravaganza in Fort Fun. Two dinners at Surfside, reading at Mugs, riding bikes all over town, and dance parties both nights. I think I saw just about everyone in FC (except for Dad5000, lame-o). Even the Epilogues turned out and dedicated a song to me. Fort Collins is the new Vegas.
