I was out on a CX super fun ride this morning and took a left hand turn straight into an underground cyclocross race. After the main pack passed I turned and followed them until I ran into someone who knew what was going on. Turns out these folks were the Soil Saloon and they have radical races like this one. It was an alleycat style CX race complete with checkpoints and wacky obstacles. pretty f-ing cool...
